Enablers for Success: Innovation and Transformation

Jim Williams will answered these and other questions during his informative and exciting presentation; sharing his knowledge and expertise for a thought-provoking experience.
Williams transformed Easter Seals, challenging all aspects of operations to improve processes, develop brand understanding and strengthen brand identity, increase revenues, and grow and diversify services. He also transformed the culture of the organization, from one relying on past practices to one constantly embracing change. An organization must recognize its greatest asset is the creativity of its people, and finding ways for all to participate in innovation is the key to long-term growth and sustainability, notes Williams. Also serving as the organization's Chief Innovation Officer, Williams will impart how implementing technology contributes to the rapid development and deployment of a successful innovation strategy.
About Jim Williams:
James E. Williams, Jr. became President and Chief Executive Officer of Easter Seals, Inc. in June 1990. He served in numerous leadership positions with Easter Seals since beginning his career with the organization in 1970. Under Williams' leadership, Easter Seals has transformed into an organization of innovation and growth. Williams increased domestic program sites and new international affiliations from 220 to 550, developed and implemented new service offerings, grew revenues from $220 million to over $1.5 billion, and increased the number of individuals and families served throughout the United States to more than 1.6 million annually.
